Tiffany Lucas is the director of TEL Consultants, a boutique consulting firm focussed on helping nonprofit arts and cultural organisations articulate their vision and grow their revenue through strategy development, good governance, impact fundraising and Board engagement.
Prior to founding TEL Consultants, Tiffany held Development Director roles in arts organisations in Australia (at Melbourne Theatre Company) and in the US. Before moving into the arts, Tiffany practiced corporate and commercial law for nearly 10 years in the US and Australia.
Tiffany is a Director on the Boards of Dancehouse Inc, Arts Project Australia and Northern Rivers Performing Arts Centre (in NSW). She is the Head of Legal at TEDxMelbourne and serves on the Auxiliaries Executive Committee at the Royal Children’s Hospital. She’s also one of the founders and organisers of Development Professionals Network Victoria (DPNV), an industry group for arts development professionals.
