Creative Partnerships Australia are offering 7 Arts Management Mentorships for leaders in South Australian arts organisations.
LIFT Mentoring offers a unique opportunity to work one-on-one with an experienced arts leader located across Australia. Ideal for arts and cultural organisations this program is an opportunity to develop professional skills and take the operations of your organisation to the next level.
The aim of the mentorship, to take place between February and December 2020, is to work with your mentor to set organisational goals, while developing personal leadership skills to elevate performance at an individual and organisational level.
This program is not intended as an individual professional development prospect; rather, as a capacity-building opportunity that will provide long-term benefits for your arts organisation.
